This game was shortened due to rain.
Pitchers:
Kevin Slowey showed plus command but gave up a 2 run HR to Markakis in the first and only pitched in three innings because of the Rain Delays.
Mark Hendrickson looked solid because he was able to mix speeds. It was his best start I have seen so far this season (even though it was only for 3 innings).
Brian Bass was impressive getting 4K in 2.2IP. He looks to be a solid long man and could spot start if the O's need him.
Position Players:
Nick Markakis hit a HR off a Slowey CUT down and in. He continues to impress me with how smooth his swing looks.
Luke Scott was 2-2 with 2RBI and had two solid swings.
Denard Span looked like a Gold Glove outfielder making some great catches and flashed an Above Average arm on his Assist to the plate to nail Izturis
